Workshop: Vision Boarding

Create your Vision Board for 2024 with ICF-trained coach Juliet Thomas. 

 

Juliet will give you an overview into what a Vision Board is, the neuroscience behind how it works and some tasks to prepare you for creating your own. 

Being intentional about your future is a lot of fun, and allows you to dream big and create the life you really want – what if anything was possible?  

You’ll then spend time creating your board, choosing images that are relevant or that you feel drawn to in some way, from a wide selection of magazines, or you can search for images, for example via Pinterest and continue adding to your board at home. 

Juliet will help you choose a Guiding Word for the year that you can also add to your Vision Board. She will also share tips on how to create a board that works for you and how to maximise its value going forwards, to create the life that you really want. 

 

Please bring a notebook and pens with you.

Juliet Thomas is an ICF-trained coach and the founder of The Curious Creative Club, a multi-passionate creative business that enables people to unlock their creative potential through coaching, mentorship, creative workshops, retreat events, blog content and motivating resources. 

As a passionate creative practitioner herself, she is endlessly curious to explore her ideas as a writer, artist and is a keen nature photographer; loving nothing more than capturing nature’s treasures whilst out on walks with her dog, Barley.
