We are planning a special event on Tuesday 9 April 2019 at the University of Huddersfield that will be of particular interest to UK book and other festival organisers.
It will start with a networking lunch, followed by afternoon talks on subjects such as funding, marketing and accessibility. In the early evening, there will be a two-part event comprising a panel discussion with Kit de Waal, Anita Sethi & Adam Sharp about Common People: An Anthology of Working Class Writers (Unbound) and a talk by the Chief Executive of the Arts Council England, Darren Henley on his book: Creativity: Why It Matters.
There will be a reasonably priced booking fee to cover refreshments during the day (delegates will be responsible for their own travel/hotel arrangements).
The event will offer an opportunity to network, share best practice and enjoy catching up with others in your field.
If you would like to receive more information about this event, please sign up to our special mailing list. You will only be sent emails about this event and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We expect to have tickets available for booking very soon – look forward to meeting you.
