About the event
Are you working on a novel, memoir or non-fiction book? Perhaps you are already published or self-published? Come and share your work in a welcoming environment with others on their writing journey.
Each writer will be given three minutes of mic time to read out their work.
The audience will vote for the best extract read out, and the winner will receive a book voucher.
Would you like to take part? Send an email to [email protected] and we will add you to the list of performers. The order of the readings will be drawn at random on the night.
Note: once we have 15 names we will close the list, however if there is time on the night we may be able to fit in some further readings after those who have booked.
Please note: this event is for fiction and non-fiction writing only. If you would like to share your poetry, we are holding an Open Mic on Saturday 1 April at 5.30pm. Visit our What’s On page for more information.
