Your safety is our priority
We want to make sure you feel as safe as possible at our events, and will continue to encourage mask-wearing and social distancing in our spaces.
We realise certain guidance is no longer government mandated but we also recognise that Covid-19 is an ongoing risk for our performers, staff, volunteers, and audiences. Therefore, where possible, we would ask that you:
- Remain at home if you have any symptoms of or test positive for Covid.
We have updated our refund policy to allow for refunds up to 2 hours before an event in the case of a positive test result. Please email [email protected] with a screenshot of your test result for a refund in this case. - Use the hand sanitiser that will continue to be available at our events.
We ask that all visitors utilise this on entry and exit of an event or venue. - Maintain social distancing between households where possible.
Many of our events have been booked for large-capacity spaces and we are limiting tickets to allow audiences the option of social distancing from other households. Please be considerate and give others space. - Continue to wear a mask when in close proximity to others
We know not everyone can wear a mask, but for the safety and reassurance of those around us, please consider bringing a mask and wearing it at some of our smaller venue events. We will be encouraging our volunteers and support staff to continue wearing a mask where appropriate.
